One of the most easy to install pieces of hardware l have ever had to install on my Windows 10 PC, no complicated instructions installation process. Just plug it in and away you go. You will need a LightScribe software program if you want to use it burning LightScribe on to discs as well, Nero Platinum has LightScribe integrated it and it works very well with it. Quality company to deal with and quality external LightScribe burner drive.

For the price we can't expect an higher performance product but it does it job. It runs well, it's easy to use and it's lighter but have things that needs to be improved. Could have a built in longer cable and the open knob could be more accurate or be placed in other position more easy to be used. What does not work very well is DVD DL, double layer. Recognises the type of the disc but spoil some discs to record one in conditions.
