Ordered UK size 9 - one size up from my normal size of 8 as advised in listing. But received size 10. Very poor fit, very tight. Box that footwear arrived in in a poor state. Battled to get refund. Asked ebay to step but this took four separtate agent chats. Eventually offered partial refund (the cost of the item), but seller refused to also refund the Royal Mail retrun postage costs. Spoke to ebay again and ebay themselves refunded me the whole lot
