The PSR is a good mid range screw driver. I have about 7 12 Volt bosch powertools and share the batteries for semi professinal use in assembly. It is more of a screwdriver than a drill but is quite useful as a DIY second drill unless you want to drill into concrete etc. The psr2 with a mechanical two speed is a better bet for all round use although sligthtly heavier for day long use. I have used Bosch/ elu products for years but their denial reaction to manufacturing faults in their 24 volt drills where the motor magnets have come unglued has prompted me to move on for serious drills, but these screwdrivers to date have proved reliable enough to warrant a purchase.
I purchased the Bosch PSR 12 Cordless Drill to replace my previous one which was was getting very smelly due to the brushes being worn out,I think it must have been over 10 years old,it served me very well,it is a nicely balanced drill and has a fast charging time of 1 hour,I scored by keeping the rechargable battery off the old one so now I have one spare,I have other cordless drills but the Bosch is the best make in my eyes.
Very good reliable piece of kit.LED guide light is good idea. Recommend to any DIY people out there. Cheers. Mike
