You know what you're getting here. A simple way to get up and pouring from your CO2-pressurized keg. WAY cheaper than a tap handle, and they're very easy to clean and sanitize. The handle cap unscrews from the base and you can easily get a brush in there. The barb at the bottom will give you a little fight if you're trying to push this into 3/16" tubing, but if you get the tubing hot with water, and put a touch of keg lube on the barb, you'll get it on there, and you'll feel very confident that it won't just pop off while you're pressurizing the keg. I'd still recommend securing your line with a ring clamp. I've left my tap connected as high as 35 PSI while force-carbing, and the tap stayed secured, closed, and leak-free.
