Easy to assemble even for a lady pensioner. However the spanner supplied didn’t fit all the nuts, so used adjustable spanners. Didn’t use all the washers on the handle as the screws didn’t fit. Otherwise it’s fine. Easy to use on a lawn after rain and we’ve had plenty of that!

    not perfect but the best fit for our needs

    think i will add locktite to the axle nuts. other than that no complaints. using it to chew up the soil in our garden to plant new grass seed. could do a better job, but then it's an aerator and not a tiller. happy with what it's done anyway, wouldn't want to spend the money and don't have the space for a proper tiller, let alone the need (we have a small garden). the spikes are very sharp so they dig into the ground well. it's not super heavy, and really relies on the spikes being sharp to dig into the ground (they do, i would have been skeptical if i hadn't just done it the other night). so it's not perfect but i'm pretty sure it's by far the best fit for our needs.

    The side plates are too light and bent the first time I tried it out very unsatisfactory could not recommend it .It might be ok on very light soil conditions but should be made to cope with all soil types.

    Good product for a small to medium size garden

    Takes a little time to put together, just repetitive and suddenly it’s done. Feels as if it needs a stronger main tube but quiet easy to use if you wait for the ground to be soft.

    Perfect for small gardens !

    Just right for the job - small garden - needs a bit of physical effort so good exercise and the spikes aerate just as well as any mechanical alternative. Must be very careful storing this item. Wine corks made of cork skewered with small philips screwdriver and then large philips screwdriver are perfect for covering each spike.

    item is great when ground is soft, tried using it on hard ground and found the brackets could do with being stronger (they bent a little ) would recommend using it after heavy rain or a good watering.
