Great! Needed a TC8 cartridge for ancient Dansette, but the exact type were north of £40. So I UHU-glued this one in place. Can still get at the turnover for 45/78 well enough. This is a stereo cart, so wired the two crystals in series (minus-plus-minus-plus) for more output, to drive the insensitive Dansette one-valve mono amplifier! Now enjoying Fats Waller: pretty clean sound on LP and shellac.

GR8 Replacement for an old BSR SC12H ceramic cartridge. Fits a BSR turntable and select o matic machines. Plays all records , LPs , jukebox & 78 rpm shellac. Has good sound quality on all disc types. Even old records from years gone by sound good , loud & very clear. All Needle types are available. Dual LP or LP / 78. ST-16 & ST-17 and Single needle ST-21, fit this cartridge. My original BSR Cartridge was worn out. I have tried other replacements. This cartridge is the best replacement I have tried. For weight , sound quality and price. No more switching stylus's!
I bought this for a modern record player that supposedly play's 78"s with the same lame plastic fantastic stylus that is supposed to be used for both LP's/45"s and 78"s. Personally I wouldn't play a normal record never mind a 78 with the plastic fantastic! This new cartridge along with the flip over stylus is easy to install , if you take your time!. Take a photo of the wires before hand and your laughing! Those cheap record players need the sub woofer and speakers set to bring the fun back to your records. I only have a few 78's but at least I can play them safely now! Great tracker
Needed a replacement cartridge for a 1960s Philips record player. Couldn’t source an original so removed it and modded headshell to fit this one. Seller said tracked well, and he was right. Really good sound, very pleased thanks
