The instructions are unclear - very small illustrations, difficult to follow sequence of assembly - no verbal explanation of process. Adjustable part of spring - loaded assembly got jammed inside part it's supposed to move inside and couldn't be removed, so making the whole thing useless.

Very hard to assemble as the instructions are written in Chinese, instructions in the pictures are confusing. 2 of the rubber hoops provided broke so couldn't attach the towel hanger to it. BUT after about an hour trying to figure out how to assemble it does look decent enough and ended up being happy with it atleast my bathroom looks tidy.
