very poorly made. my biggest gripe is the facia is badly designed and poorly made. it is plastic and the way it is fitted after you have installed it means the door cant be opened fully. the door bangs againtst it and you can only open it up to 90 degrees and not any further. both the door and the fascia are already marked from constant contact when opened after only three weeks use. had i known this i would never have bought it.

Excellent value for the price. The frame around the MW is not very elegant but again considering the cost, it is very good. The MW itself is pretty powerful, better than the one I had before this (which cost me 3 times more and only worked for 2 years). Overall, I think it is a very good product so far (I have used it for a month only). I didn't give 5-Star because I haven't used it long enough to know its durability.
