Not having to wait for water to boil to have a cuppa is wonderful, just keep an eye on it so it doesn't overflow and make a mess of your worktop! This dispenser isn't the quickest, pumping water out in bits, but as it warms up it gets faster and it's still faster than boiling a kettle - especially if you only use standard-sized mugs (I prefer massive ones). Plus it looks really cool!

If you turn the product off at the power i.e. the socket. Then try and use it. It blows the electric meter. Which is not a good design at all. I bought this my mother to use. She is 83 years old and had to get someone to sort out her meter. Because she couldn't get up the step ladder to reset the meter. So each time it's turned off from the power. You have to press the reset button before you use the kettle and my mum turn's everything off before she goes to bed. Have had to rate this product a one star otherwise it wouldn't let me submit. Otherwise it would have been a zero star rating. Sorry for being so harsh but it's not good when you have to keep resetting it before you use it again

On the whole this is a good product. It heats just the amount of water needed quickly and quietly. However it does not quite heat the water to boiling point - just remember to put a little less milk in your coffee! It would also benefit from having a timed measured amount of water - you have to watch carefully so as to switch off at just the right moment to avoid overflow. And I absolutely DO NOT like the switch!! It is like a cheap rocker switch from a 1960’s car dashboard - stiff, sticky and unpleasant to operate! That all said, it delivers near-boiling water quickly without having to refill for every use

Great for a quick coffee, but for tea I have to warm the pot/mug first. If needing two or three drinks, it is quicker to use the kettle, especially for tea as this machine does not boil. I quite understand that the 2600w can't heat water fast enough to dispense it more quickly, but it does mean the drink is already cooling before you get out of the kitchen. It frequently continues dripping (20-30ml?) for a few seconds after switching off, so to avoid splashing, it is best not to remove the cup. Shame I need to keep a kettle on the worktop too. Easy to use, and looks good.

if you are a person that is on your own great product as turns out mugs in 20 seconds. You need to flush it through quite a few times to get rid of an after taste. Sounds expensive to buy but will get your money back over period of use as to boiling a kettle. good so far.
