Mine was broken. I know; I bought it knowing it was and I couldn't fix it, so I can't write a review but eBay keeps bugging me to do so. Seems like it would have been a decent performer.

Overall, an excellent lens which'll turn in great images even @ f/4.5 I don't like cropping my pics and so prefer to get as close as possible, so use tubes to get around the 4 metre minimum focus Weighty but a sturdy monopod gets around that - I do wish the supplied carry strap was longer but found a replacement with no probs
