I can't say much because I have only been using the product for less than 2 weeks but so far its proven to be a good value for money. It would really beneficial to have an extra blade inside the box. I have seen extra blades been sold on eBay as well as other sites. I am sure the blade goes blunt at some point. Overall, I am enhoying the product.

It has a very strong motor the blades are very sturdy and durable I believe it's well made no doubt about that. The only thing I would say is the I need to go over the trimmed area twice to get a clean line cut. Other than that very good.

Have used the Andis years ago and have always wanted one since moving to the UK but could never locate any without needing some transformer. This works a treat. However, I do dislike the size of the plug on the trimmer but this is a subjective assessment. Someone else may not be bothered. I am simply accustomed to plugs being a bit smaller these days. I am generally happy with the purchase. The trimmer is quiet and feels remarkably sturdy and powerful. Can be set from zero gap upwards. I prefer zero. Goes through my facial hair without asking questions. I am hoping that it remains as robust as what I know Andis to be.
