This kind of carrier is very useful for a twins mom, but I was disappointed with the lack of thought put into this specific product , specially it being so expensive. Where to begin? The shoulder and lateral straps run and unfasten, loosening up because of the baby's weight (8 kg) in the front carrier. That alone is absurd, but there are other things too. The shoulder buckles are sewn TOO HIGH, making it extremely hard to buckle it up by yourself with the baby on the front. When you are putting the baby in the back carrier its straps don't loosen enough so you can safely put your left arm through it with the baby on your right hip, for an example. I've been using my Ergo 360 for back carrying and I'm very used to do so, so it's not a problem with my technique or anything. The waistbands are HUGE and it's impossible to properly adjust them, even with me being pretty large at the waist. That means that the baby gets positioned very low on my back. I can only imagine it for thin moms... After fastening the waistband its straps hang loose to the ground, and they come undone a few minutes after I secure them with the elastic that's sewn in the tip, making it risky for me to trip on it . The front pocket is a joke, it can only hold one bill, one key, or so. But if you forget to remove what's in it before taking your baby out of the front carrier i wish you luck, because whatever is there will fall on the ground, let's hope you hear it falling or else you might loose your car keys like i almost did the first time is used it. They should have put a zipper on it or at least a little velcro ! Also the way that they made the backpack shoulder straps so large at the base means that they get carved in the baby's cheeks if he tries to look around, I had seen that on the pictures but thought maybe it was the angle? No , my baby gets a red mark on his face after a while from it. Not to mention that I got the carrier with the waist buckles inverted , so the front wouldn't connect to the back, I had to undo it and invert it again. The material is very, very rough as well, and feels cheap . I regret not having spent a little more on the competition. Read full review
