Excellent dutch oven for the price! Well built and should last a lifetime! I use mine for frying paired with the lodge fry basket. It cooks evenly with no hot spots and is 100x's better than any aluminum fry pot I have ever used! I would recommend this dutch oven or any other lodge products on the market.
