I love this deep fryer. Easy to drain and clean. We cook a lot of breaded fresh fish and with the dual zone the grease doesn't burn the partials of breading thus being able to use the grease more than once. It is a pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

The best part cleanup was a breeze and with the drain system you can just drain the oil and save it for another time.
