I bought this nail gun not really knowing if it would be up to the job. It was almost half the price of the corresponding 'Paslode' model so I was a little nervous when I pressed the 'Buy it Now' button. But I needn't have been. It has been amazing. It takes the standard Paslode nails, and I have even sourced some much cheaper nails on-line which perform equally well, saving myself a pretty penny there too :) It ate up the studwork I have built and saved myself hours of holding and nailing timber. All in all, a great tradesman's toy.

Fairly well built unit, but the trigger is intermittent on mine, this gets worse as battery drains slightly. I pull trigger 3 or 4 times before it fires, couldn't get it going this morning, 5 minutes messing about with it then it started up. I suspect this is going to cause me trouble. Bought instead of a hired paslode, wish I hadn't bothered.

Really good piece of kit. Bought this for a DIY project and it has made the job so easy compared to a hammer and nails. I just wish these guns could cope with a bigger range of nails for the various jobs I need to do. But it does everything it is supposed to do.

this is the first nail gun i have ever purchased, ive used my buddys paslode god knows how many times and decided to get a gun of my own, i read plenty of good reviews and decided to take the plunge, after owning now for a couple of weeks i have no problem, its very handy that both myself and bud can split the cost of gas and nails as both guns use the same.

This is probably one of the best bits of kit I have ever bought. It's well balanced easy to use and to date has never missed a beat. Yes there are now battery only models being manufactured but to my mind this gas nailer is lighter more powerful and more reliable, when the gas runs out you just have to change the canister and carry on, no waiting for a battery to finish charging. On the downside you have to pay for gas but being in constant use I wonder how long before the battery on non gas models needs replacing and look at the cost.
