Alternator was delivered very quickly and was very well packaged. Looked like brand new and was the correct Mercedes branded 180volt for AMG models. As it turned out that I did not need it and the seller was very helpful arranging for return from there end and sending me a return label to use and processed a full refund minus about £3.75 for the cost of return which I thought was very fair and also refunded the cost of the exchange service in full. Would definitely use again. Many thanks.
