we know we are visited by hedgehogs so thought we should offer some winter protection. We placed the house under some evergreen shrubbery ready for a hedgehog to pass by and take a shine but we have a baby rabbit residing in it as it happens. It is great as the rabbit can play in the garden and when my 2 dogs appear it can take cover. Might need another for the hedgehog though.......

I was concerned to see that there were a lot of sharp wires around the inside if the entrance where the item had not been finished off properly. I had to spend some time fixing some foam padding inside the tunnel with cable ties to prevent the hedgehog from injury or damaging their eyes. In this respect it was poorly made. More attention needs to be made to the finish inside although the outside was fine…I can’t recommend this product due to this…

Looks great. theres a small booklet with it to explain for the humans. It does need to be hidden under a bush or tree etc But it does look too nice to hide away. Hope i can get the local hedgehog to take up the property. i would if they were bigger

Very well built / sits disguised in border of garden - put a little straw inside and have left straw/leaves in piles just outside as we understand they like to make final adjustments to their bedding - hogs are coming to garden to feed every night but obviously not ready to sleep in it yet - hoping for a successful hibernation - this is a really good little house just waiting for winter!
