Very well thought out design. Will take all thicknesses of slices, including bagels, and will toast from fresh or frozen (it has a separate 'frozen' button for this). It also has a look & see feature where you can just lift the slide to look at the toast and put it back down again without altering the timing. We are very pleased with it & can highly recommend it.

Really like the look of the set only downfall is if I'm toasting bread and also want to warm crumpets ect at the same time the 4 slots all have to be the same setting . It would be better if you could set half the toaster to a lower setting
