Great little thing! Works just fine and the range is good enough, compared with other more expensive is awesome. Easy to pair even with two headphone sets and the battery have an operation time good enough but most of the time I have it powered.

It doesn't say so in the manual but you have to unpair your receiving headphones/speaker/whatever from previous devices before you can pair this to the receiver. Works great once you realise this. My headphones were paired to TV. Once unpaired connected fine.
