Makes great coffee and very easy to use. I was a little worried that it wouldn’t heat the milk up to a high temperature, but no problems there as you can heat it up to have a piping hot coffee if you want to. My only issue is every time you switch it in or off, it does a self clean and hot water is dispensed each time. I now just leave our milk jug under the tap, otherwise you are continually emptying the drip tray. Also this means it’s using the water from the machine so you are forever having to top the water up. Apart from that it makes fantastic coffee, and you can easily taylor the strength of the coffee to suit you. It makes Lungo, Cappuccino and Latte with ease.

Having owned and used a De'Longhi ECAM Bean to Cup Coffee Machine for the last 8 years, I am very comfortable to have this as a replacement. It does everything the last machine did, plus easier controls. It makes good coffee to personal taste, very quickly for up to three or four people. When making for more people it is quicker to use another means, such as filter machine or cafetière. Using ground coffee is slower because it will only make a small quantity at a time.

Firstly the seller, this item was shown as refurbished but was actually brand new item that had simply been refused delivery by a previous purchaser so great value. Now the machine, quite and makes lovely coffee, grinding beans creates a lovely aroma to get you ready for the coffee to come, the brother is great cappuccino is perfect every time. would highly recommend.

Great bean to cup coffee maker. You would not know that the machine has been factory refurbished. From the packaging through to the first use all was as if the machine where new. The range of coffee strengths and drink sizes is also better than expected.

The best one from this range. A little disappointed that the sides and back were in white rather than silver as per my original but doesn't detract from the way it functions. Only annoyance is that the drip tray/grounds container sensor says its full when it's not and needs emptying.
