While I think this album is perhaps not quite as good as Man Against Machine, that's perhaps being a tiny bit petty on my part since Garth Brooks is consistently excellent and never fails to impress. He richly deserved Entertainer of the Year at the CMA awards, because one thing he can be counted on is to entertain. He puts 110% into all his albums, just as he does with his live shows. If you've enjoyed GB's music before, you'll love this; there's something for every mood, and the voice is as good as ever.
