Used one of these for years at a health food store, and was always impressed with the power and how easy it was to clean. Bought a used one, I got a good price, and I'm not disappointed. This product does not do too well with vegetables like kale or spinach or any sorts of leafy greens, because the greens tend to wrap themselves around the cutter and clog the juicing screen, leading to the hopper sort of clogging up. All of this has the effect of heating up the juice a little bit, which is I imagine undesirable for some people. I love this product though, just love the power, how quickly it cuts shreds masticates vegetables and fruits, and undeniably the juices are delicious!

Buy a Hurom instead, I bought 2 of these because a friend of mine liked them so well. They are great for fruits but not so good with fibrous veggies which get tangled up in the blades and clog up the juice production. There is a separate attachment for stringy stuff and grasses but why waste your time and more money? The Hurom does everything well and it weighs a whole lot less AND the noise level ....there is no comparison. ...

This is the second one that I've owned. I sold my first one to a friend during a juicing hiatus and almost immediately regretted it. This juicer is. a powerhouse and juices vegetables very quickly. I hate that I could only answer yes/no on the cleanup question. While I wouldn't say that it is difficult to clean up, it is slightly time consuming and the white does get stained with the carrot juice. Neither is a big enough issue for me to go with another juicer. Very pleased.

I bought my first champion in 1973, and still have it and use it almost daily. This one was a gift. I see online criticisms that Champions don't do kale and wheat grass etc. very well, which is true. I use a hand cranked auger type for fibrous greens. But for carrot, beet, cuke, celery, cabbage, apple, orange, pear, pineapple, grapefruit, etc., the Champion works beautifully. It does not heat the juice at all, contrary to the lies posted online. This juicer works via pressing the pulp and extracting the juice through a screen. The problem with centrifugal types with a spinning basket that throws juice outward to be collected and drained into a container is that this system creates a magnetic force field that de-ionizes and damages the juice components, rendering the juice useless in the treatment of cancer. The Champion preserves all components, and is far less expensive than the Norwalk, which also extracts under hydraulic pressure. So for the money, the Champion is a great and dependable juicer.Read full review

I love this juicer! It is super easy to use. Easy to clean. It has a very powerful motor that should last a lifetime. It is a masticating juicer which is the best. The juice wont be clear ,you'll have very small particles of fiber in the juice. The juice will be a dark color.Honestly, i love this juicer and plan to use it daily. Goal is to improve the health of my family. FIVE STAR!
