I've lost count of how many of these I've purchased now! Always comfortable and reliable and look good as well, with plenty of choice of colour combinations. Last pair i bought before these lasted about 18 months before the soles began to wear through, but I'm quite hard on them, tending to run out into the garden, so could last longer. Uppers seem almost indestructible. Sole starts off about 5mm thick. The fitting seems a little too tight at first, but eases to perfect within a day or two.
