Does everything the apple keyboard does. Apple keyboard costs about £70 so this cheaper option is great in that sense. The apple keyboard battery life is much longer though. however, this version also has on/off switch to preserve battery life. I had apple version which i spilt coffee on so trying this cheaper version which so far I am very happy with

Looks good, but flimsy while typing. AnND verY annoying as it cuts off contact within a couple of minutes of non use and have to 'wake' it up again which takes a few secNds- 'very frustrating when studying and reading then having TO updat on Mac as keyboard is asleep again! It is also not very responsive to the more quicker typeER and you can see many spelling mistakes at the end where you know it's not you but it's the keyboard not keeping up-again frustrating!! I spent more time going over what I've typed and editing/correcting than I spent typing in the 1st place. Not good for me but not good for the guys that are not too PC minded as this will really frustrate them as it does me. Buy genuine Mac keyboard! (the letters in brackets are the ones I had to EDIit/change as this didn't respond in time and you feel you really have to punch down the keys!) PhiljoRead full review

My Apple keyboard broke & I was quoted £85 to replace. My wife found this for £8 or so & my expectations were low. It has proved to be a really good replacement! Very similar in appearance to the Apple - all plastic instead of aluminium of course but other than that its very nice. Good key action & easy to set up. The only small criticism I can make is that there is no light for Caps Lock - I can live with that though. I don't know how it would stand up to lots of typing but its fine for internet access. Thoroughly recommended.

I purchased the keyboard primarily for my daughter to use for when she is doing her homeowork on her mobile. The school uses a particular app which she uses on her phone or ipad. It has an extremely quality feel to it being of an aluminium type of material and white keyboard which gives it an expensive appearance. It works extremely well on my samsung galaxy Note, my wife's iphone 6 plus and daughters iphone 4s. Haven't tried on the ipad but I trust there will be no problems. Very pleased with my purchase and definitely recommend it!

A genuine apple wireless keyboard is very expensive so I thought I would try one of these as a cheaper alternative after the Apple wireless keyboard died. Its uses 2 AAA batteries, there is no caps lock LED. It connected to the iMac easily and reliably. The only real problem is that if you type too quickly it will miss key strokes. If you are a fast typer then I suggest you avoid this keyboard but if you are a slow two finger person then it should be OK for you.
