BOSCH GST 12V-70 Jigsaw.
This little jigsaw from Bosch is great, small enough to squeeze in awkward places and cuts nice and clean. The only fault I found is the smaller 2.0 AH batteries don't last long so this really needs the larger 3.0 or 4.0 AH battery.

Bosch 12 volt jigsaw
The Bosch 10.8-12 volt jigsaw looks nice and strong as usual Bosch, but why doesn't it have a normal trigger so that you can control it properly as the on off switch on the side is ridiculous, as we have all hit something full on behind inside a wall or panel / cavity etc with a blade, and the jigsaw has banged against it and you need to quickly switch it off, with a trigger its easy but with a switch come on it's not good and the speed wheel behind the back of the jigsaw is near impossible to control when it's running. Come on Bosch please put a normal speed adjusting trigger on the 10.8-12 volt jigsaw. Light and powerful for light containment work
I'm a sparkie so I don't use a jigsaw as often as a chippie, so I don't need anything overly powerful. just accurate and compact. Well this item ticks the boxes and some chippies have used my jigsaw as they thought it was a kids toy, but I see them contemplating getting one of these as it's light, powerful (with the 4Ah battery) and compact, so it can be used in small detail.

This is a substantial tool feeling very robust and gives the impression it is going to stand the test of time. What I really like about it is its very compact nature and that it is very easy to control and together with it being cordless I think makes it an ideal tool to have.
