I bought this tap for my bungalow in Cyprus. For nine months of the year, we have free hot water from the solar panels on the roof. But for three months we need supplementary water heating. We have a calor gas boiler at the back of the house that serves the bathroom but it works out very expensive to pump hot water right round the house to the kitchen tap from this boiler. I also have to wait for the pump to purge the cold water in the pipework before the hot water gets to the kitchen. This little tap is a Godsend. I installed it on my sink in no time at all and I now have running hot water at the flick of a switch. I really wouldn't be without it now.

This is very practical, but it would be better if the 1m mains lead was routed internally (and then longer) to avoid being seen at the lower edge of the tap (but you can then route it into the sink). The other thing is that while it gives good heat and water spray, it is as ugly as sin! Very useful though!

Good way to get hot water at remote basins. So far performs well, though tap handle is rather sharp and can damage your forehead when washing your face! We like it and are installing two more!

Not a bad looking little tap with single handle, hot one way cold other, easy to use for my aged parents. It looks quite a quality item however this one seems to have a little leak I'll give it a week or so to see if it's just bedding in .
