I ordered from these people because they were the only 40mm full stave worktop I could find. I needed to match an existing worktop. When it arrived it was 37mm thick NOT the 40mm advertised. Eventually seller offered to pick it up so I could order elsewhere however as I only had the carpenter for the following day so I had no choice but to proceed with this worktop. I could have bought a cheaper full stave 38mm elsewhere.

This is a total lie! Buyer did not provide a picture of it being 38mm thick! We would have replaced it, had this been an issue, BUT NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.

Listing states delivery included. After I purchase I received request from PayPal for £55 to cover delivery as address is in Wales. You need to go into the listing description to find this. I told them I would provide address in England. After a few days I was informed that unless I gave them the address within 30 minutes the order would be cancelled. I told them not to threaten me and to cancel order. Misleading listing.
