The dish and box turned up within 2 working days. Once opened screws and bolts for Satellite dish were missing. Phoned up to request the bits and they arrived the next day. The F Connectors were the wrong size. I went to Screwfix to get a packet of 10 for £2.59. F Connector for Sky+ Cable. I did this as my mate was helping me and it was the only time he could help this month. When phoning the man was very helpful and not in a rush explaining how to connect etc. I would recommend and I would buy from these guys again.

this is a very small and neat box to fit in a situation when space saving is needed. It is a sleek design and light weight. Most of all it works great and gives perfect picture and sound to a 10 year old LG 32" television in my grandaughters bedroom.

Although the box works well and was easy to install the issue I had was with the regional channel set up. You should be able to set these up on the box but have to go through Sky, who then wanted to sell me a Sky card even though I had one that works. They insisted that the card I had is not on their system even though I bought it from them a few years back. I decided not to give them any more money and will make do with selecting the regional channels manually or via the favorites.

This box works perfectly with a viewing card i bought separately on ebay for £2.50. It can receive all the normal free view channels plus a few extra with the viewing card. It came complete with cables and remote control so all we had to do was plug it in. There is nothing bad to say about it Debbie
