    feel i have been misled to part with my cash

    listing STATED to fit up to size 8 tall wellingtons, i had to fold over the tops of mine (size 8) to close, as not used outside yet, just for storage | get them out of a plastic carrier bag.the free brush !!! good for cobwebs bad for mud
