Very good product. Easy to move around because of ball feature. Picks up equally well on carpets and hard floors. Find the use of extension for cleaning stairs a little clumsy and feel tube may be easily burst when using. Cleaner a little heavy for me lifting upstairs but a small price to pay. On the whole very satisfied.

A great vacuum cleaner lighter than my old dyson. Tackles the hair from my two cats no problem. Took a little of time to get used to the ball but once you get the knack it makes vacuuming a pleasure. Simply brilliant! Gets the hair up and more beside. Went over an old carpet already vacuumed with my aged Dyson 07 and got another load of dirt out of it. Don't know if it's reliable or not - why is ebay asking that when I've only had it a couple of weeks? Idiots!
