Beautiful but unfinished, rough with exposed bare shiny metal that has been grinded. The pulley is beautiful but the bolt was hammered down on the thread end rendering the entire unit unusable. What a waste. Now if I want to use this I need to take it to a machine shop and have them cut the bolt off so I can replace it with a functional one. Would have loved to leave a 5 star but the sloppy work and ruined pulley took the stars I wanted to give.
