Very fast delivery, but, unfortunatly the bag containing the "O ring and gasket kit" had a small tear that had gone unnoticed during packing, and some of the small O rings were missing. On contacting Adlink they responded quickly and sent a new set free of charge. Can't ask for anything more than that. Thank you for a great service Adlink.

    ideal boiler flow turbine didn't fit

    as a part, it was well made and appeared to be correct to the part number. however, when attempting to fit in an Ideal C30+ combi boiler it was just to large and would not fit. comparing it to the original part, it looked the same. It was only when checked with a vernier calliper that it was found to be a few millimetres larger. The fitter said it was probably a pattern part, not a manufacturers original one.
