I graduated to a dewalt tough system set, but still had tstak cases which contained sander, mutitool, spares etc, which I used to move en mass with a sack barrow. This tstak rolling toolbox does an excellent job of moving these cases to my van or wherever I need to take them. The large base unit here is very useful. In addition I can add 2x150mm cases and a top box. If you dont max out with heavy contents, it is quite manouverable even up steps. Very useful.

This tool box MUST be designed by an idiot sitting on his desk doing 9-5 monday to friday clerical looking to gain some browny points. Tool box is not sturdy, not of good quality or hard enough. It looks good and with the dewalt name printed on it, it looks as if its bees knees, but it actually the opposite, bad quality, d.i.y grade rubbish. I am a plumber, i bought this box as i was carrying hand held heavy tool box all over, Sometimes arriving at customer's home parking is an issue, so had to park further than the actual job location, then to carry tool box is not an easy task, or sometimes, working in town centre, had to use car parks then to carry tool box is a nightmare. Hence this tool box came into the market. The tool box is made of cheap plastic mould, very thin body when you put tools inside, unless the box is squared up, the lid won't close, as its a cheap plastic, it goes all wonky. The inside tot tray, is a load of rubbish, i have seen tool boxes in b&q have much better tot tray. Tot tray inside is small and it keeps falling off the support, which is made up of tiny holders on the lip of the box to sit on. The tool box is flimsy and cheaply build. To be honest it was a waste of money. Only reason i bought this tool box due to it was made by dewalt and it had wheels. But dewalt like many others are cost cutting, this box is a waste of money. yes it is handy to cart it round and dont have to carry tool box in my hand, which is nice. This box is of bad quality and not upto spec, what i was expecting. I have seen tool box on wheels from Keter, and b&q were selling JCB brand on wheels which are same as keter toolbox. much much better quality than this dewalt toolbox. My honest advice keep away, don;t buy it. Dewalt don;t care they aren't bothered, they don't give a monkey, they are cutting back on everything, stanley / dewalt must be going poor. If you are a professional tradesman like me, going out to make your living, then don;t buy this dewalt tool box, get something else.Read full review

Useful as a base unit and trolley for the dewalt Tstak system. I only wish they'd put a professional on to designing it, rather than a rank amateur. The base of the extendable handle catches on the ground on anything other than a flat, level surface. The box itself is rather flexible, so that it is difficult for the included tote tray to locate properly when the lid is open as the box deforms. It would be useful to have some kind of internal compartment dividers (even as an optional extra) as the base unit is the obvious place for storing heavier hand tools to keep the centre of gravity low. It has proved very useful though if you forgive the above. I just think dewalt as a pro brand could have done better at this price point. At £70+ for what is a plastic box on wheels I expected better and the design to have been tested before production.Read full review

**Joiner. I can fit a charger, 4 x batteries, SDS, combi drill, multi tool, jigsaw, my 2nd fix hitachi banger with charger, and laser level into this box quite easily, i add the next size down then the yellow organiser box on the top for all the hand stuff etc, these reach the top of the 1m handle when its extended. As we can probably guess it weighs a ton but i can also tilt it to drag it around by the yellow organiser handle, i expect it to fall apart under the weight but its solid. Its such a joy to go to work with such gear...............

A good quality well cinstructed product, but light enough to make it a good Boat Box for Flyfishing. The smaller Top Box will easily hold my Fly Lines and other stuff, e.g. Tippet Material etc. the larger Wheeled Box well easily hold my Fly Boxes and olther larger stuff, including my Drogue, which pleases me greatly. These Boxes are work in progress as there are dividers to be fitted and the bases lined with a suitable Foam Material.
