    Good product but still needs improvement in outer plastic casing

    The hose itself and the unwind and rewind mechanism are of good quality. However, the outer plastic casing is a bit too flimsy.

    Love it

    Had an old hozelock autoreel for 16 years... love this new one ... very smooth and no more kinks in the hose when using it. Very expensive though but worth it if it lasts me another 16 years
