Bit disappointed in this. Ad says you can remove covers, you CANNOT. Only on small inner cushion, which will very soon flatten,not enough filling. Wadding in outer circle (has 8" zip so useless) is loose wadding like cotton wool so no way could you remove cover. Does not come shrink wrapped as stated.

Where can I start? Item absolutely no way looks like the item on the listing. Product description is incredibly misleading. Described as "designer" and "luxurious" when it's nothing more than a cheap bit of tat. Obviously, out of fairness reached out to the seller for support in returning the item as wasn't as described and got zero response. Now £55 out of pocket and feeling totally ripped off.

You emailed over a weekend when we weren't in we did respond to you as soon as we were back in work and advised how to obtain a pre paid returns label and refunded you? How is that zero response and you being out of pocket you received a full refund?
