Does a great job at topping up refrigerant as a result of normal seasonal losses through the shaft seals in the compressor. Takes just a few minutes to complete the operation. The pag oil is blended with the R134a refrigerant within the cylinder, so no need to add oil. You will need a trigger and filler hose assembly, which is inexpensive and can be reused. £10 return on the empty cylinder too. Ps. Ensure your AC uses R134a as this cannot be used with R1234yf systems. If you have a significant loss of refrigerant then get a professional to uv dye leak test and repair your system. The professional will then vac out your entire system (to remove moisture and old refrigerant/oil) before replenishing with the correct weight and volume of refrigerant and AC oil.

This is really easy to use. Once you locate the correct port to inject the product into (which is foolproof as both ports are different sizes) you intermittently press the trigger until the correct amount is in the system as shown on the dial above the can. The Aircon is ice cold afterwards and 1 can lasted over the summer time being used daily. I've purchased a second can to recharge again this year. Would recommend.👍

Had problems with ac before took car tp my local regular garage he refilled it added the dye to check for leaks ac was running great for 2 weeks but went back to warm again took to garage .. No Leak's found...decided on 2nd opinion garage found multiple leaks even off low pressure valve..everyone at 1st garage baffled . including me. So decides d on this product...have a go myself. Had used the gas refill before so it was the sealer that I had not tried. I think it worked ...not sure ..when filling the system there's no way of knowing if its all gone in..but gave it plenty of time... Immediately after topped up with gas refill a little so valve does not seize up.....so ran ac for 15 mins max running and it seemed to be fine.....over next few days it was running from cold to warm... But now after a week or so its settled and blows cold ...so...I think it fixed it!...moral of story try things yourself . the ac is fairly straight forward look on YouTube lots of guidance there. As long as you are level headed and go by directions....golden rule.... switch off engine before connecting and disconnecting. Read full review

Super quick service. I tried to buy a can at Halfords at got a patronising response that I should have expected them to be out of stock because of the weather. Anyway, spent £20 less here for the same brand. Dead easy to use (you’ll need an adaptor/trigger) . Air con now super-cold

Was hardly enough in the tin to charge my air con from just off the needle to the minimum point on my gauge, it has all the additives in it already but needs to be a bigger tin, next time if it that low again I will go to rip off quick fit they do it for £45 but will have to keep close eye on them so they don’t change my battery, exhaust or tyres then try charging me!!!
