Defective
I used this cartridge under the belief it was an original Lexmark product, NOT. Re filled, within second time of printing the colour was printing grey, I changed my typeface thinking I had set it on grey , same thing happened , I changed to bold, and it was almost illegible. I removed cartridge and shook it thinking the ink was settled, put it back into my printer and up came the message the cartridge was incompatible, which happens on re filled cartridges. So disappointed as I’m 71, and don’t need the hassle, so it’s Staples for me now.I used this cartridge under the belief it was an original Lexmark product, NOT.
