Arrived on time and well packaged. Exactly as described but I found the small diagram on the front of the package which represented the assembly instructions to be difficult to understand. The Seller was quick to offer help and I managed to sort it out and the loo seat looks great. Perhaps instruction aimed at a complete novice - like me - with step by step instructions would be a better option. Only a thought, in all other ways I am a happy customer!

The spray delivered is a different brand to the one pictured. I recieved the 'Out & About Water Proof Spray' by 151 that comes in a black can. Couldn't find any info to see which brand is better/equal/worse or even if they are the same chemically. Keeping as was a good price and hoping it works well. The seller needs to update the description photos otherwise it's false advertising. Apart from this the service was good with quick dispatch & delivery.
