Ladders arrived damaged, due to inadequate packaging had to order another set!.This set me back two days with my work not happy, and no compensation offered or given, despite me asking!.Bad customer service, emails ignored not bothered about customers only making money.I did offer to keep the damaged set of ladders, if I was given a fair partial refund, they offered me £100 back, on a £650 set of ladders what a joke!.I said come and collect them, and put them in your skip!, this made no sense??.
