Only had it a week but smart and a little wider than my old one that I find better. True to all these type ovens I find the temperature knob is optimistic but using it will tell what setting to use. The knob that gives types of oven settings is a little difficult to line up but again use will sort that. Overall very happy.

Tried cooking a pizza from chilled, supposed to take 7-8 minutes, well after nearly 30 minutes it was cooked. Maybe I'm using it wrong but the heat was on full power. The icons aren't that well explained in the manual either. I should have spent a little bit more money on a decent oven

This oven was bought to replace an identical one that gave 3 yrs hard service. We use it daily, and the choice of heat source, timer and ongoing option are great. However, the metal rack is very loose, and sometimes falls off its little retaining bumps if not centred. Oddly, the rack on the old one was very tight. Otherwise works great, handy size and uses much less energy than a full size oven. However, if the rack falls off and boiling food spills, I may use the return option. So far, the weight of the pan seems to keep it in place.

This 20L oven is small, modern and economical. It heats up quickly and is ideal for cooking shepherds pies, pizzas, pork chops and ready meals. Large enough to cook a whole chicken, and with two shelves so can also include stuffing balls/baked potatoes etc. Cheese on toast is great in this because it cooks both sides so you don't have to turn the bread over. Really like the convenience of using this oven instead of the large one, as it is easy to clean and practical. My only wish is that it had an internal light but otherwise, really pleased with my purchase. Caravanners would be able to cook a complete meal in this.

Previously owned one of these that stopped working. It does appear to have had a couple of design updates to improve. Easy to use and much quicker than warming up the big oven, I have seriously missed mine since hubby threw it out
