Takes so much pressure of my knees and hips, I would highly recommend this item, it's removable cover is a fantastic feature enabling you to wash the cover when needed. The support pillow is so comfortable, I wouldn't be without it now

I have to admit, I was disappointed by this product. I didn’t pick the cheapest one listed because I didn’t want to be disappointed by its quality. However, when the pillow came both the cushion cover and the cushion itself smelt horrific, so we couldn’t use it. You can’t just put a memory foam cushion in the washing machine either, so it’s all been more effort than it was worth!

I've got chronic back & hip pain so always need something between my knees when I'm laying down. I saw this and decided I'd take the chance to see if it would help with my comfort. Well, it has! It's not so hard that it leaves marks on my skin yet it's not too soft to be useless after an hour or so. Although the cover is removable I put a pillow case doubled up over it to protect it and my skin which means I can wash that instead of the cushion's cover every time. The support it gives is 'there' but not too hard and although by morning it has squashed a little, it bounces back in minutes. I'm really happy with this for the price.

I bought this pillow as I unfortunately fractured 6 of my back vertebrae and broke a rib in a fall. I am in a back brace but am able to take it off to sleep but must be flat on my back. This pillow gave me the neck support that I needed. Although it is a little hard you get used to that. The smell on the other hand takes a little longer.
