The observation is the concentration and dilution rates, it would be a bigger help if you could change the design of the concentrate measuring cup and provide a measure which details the concentrate and the amount of water to be added pro-rata. The concentrate charge cost is very reasonable in comparison with the fully dilute cost per litre supplied,
