Dear Sir/Madam, The item can be used in a basement, shed, or concrete floor. It's not recommended for wooden floors. You cannot throw weights about if you have neighbours below you.

Please use the weights in a controlled manor, not only to get the best out of the exercise but to prevent damaging them. Throwing weights around anywhere except a professional gym with rubberised flooring is not recommended!

    Poor quality and size

    Bought this weight bench with weights knowing that is not going to be anything special for £150, however, once I built it I was very disappointed with the size and quality. This really should be advertised as a kids bench or youths bench, it is far too small for an adult. I'm only 5'7 and it's still far too small. It's not sturdy, feels unsafe and is barely useable as the side arms obstruct when trying to bench press which means the weights keep getting caught on the arm mechanisms. Had to remove the arms of the bench permanently so would have to keep re attaching these if I wanted to use them which is tedious. I would have sent it back but it was a nightmare to build and I do not have the time. I have made the seller aware of my issues and that I am not happy with the product and I ...
