Fitted easily, I attached the brackets direct onto the trellis and just slotted into the concrete post that were already there, Make sure the trellis is the same length as the original fence which makes the fitting a lot easier Rather than have a couple of inches gap on top of posts I purchased 1 fence panel and used a couple of panels by cutting down to fill the gap and secured them by screws direct onto the fence extensions and capped the tops from Thorncliffs. To be fair to the people at the back of our house I also finished their side to look the same but had to drill a holes to secure the added wood panel so it looked the same from both sides otherwise the exposed metal extension on their side would have been quite sharp and I would have been worried if they had children.

Simple aluminium frame and easy to fix. Better to buy in bulk as a bit pricey for just one pair but I wanted to try it first. I used it to extend a concrete fence and post with wooden trellis. I doubt that it would be strong enough to support a concrete panel but then I guess that’s not what it was designed for. I would recommend it.

Needed to add some height to our existing panels to obscure next doors rather nasty looking conservatory. These post extenders worked well, although it would have been easier if they had been a little longer. We were able to paint them the same colour as the panels too, with Hammerite.

Easy to fit and makes adding trellis to the top of a fence very easy, only slight negative would be that it's not the same colour as the fencing, but once plants growing up it it won't be noticible. Would recommend
