This is a big improvement on my previous Vax model. It is strongly made and of better plastics that older models. It is one of few that use detergent. Simple to use, effective at cleaning and easy to store as the head comes off and it can be hung up in a cupboard.

Firstly, the results are very good. Doesn't drowned the floor with water, the detergent helps, and temperature control is a handy feature. Negative, removing the water and detergent container is difficult. Only one floor pad provided. Full user guide can only be downloaded and if you printout the user guide you will be minus a lot of printer ink. Overall I would recommended this product at it current discounted price
