Looked good and played for 4 tracks and then turned itself off, tried again with different cd same thing happened. As this was Xmas time I phoned the number on the original eBay ad and was told to contact eBay. I only bought the product as it said returns accepted. I phoned eBay and was told to contact them by 17.1.17, I did this and was informed a returns label was available to download I explained that I had no printer and was told to go to the library. Explained I was incapacitated with hip problems and could they send me a label, no downloading was my only option. I was so angry and frustrated that I binned the machine and put it down to a bad experience.
