Lightweight and all in moulded plastic - except for the blade, it's pretty sharp, cuts cleanly and acceptably square. My one criticism is the blade won't open high enough and tends to fall under its own weight. So positioning paper is a bit of a flaff as the blade wants to fall forward of the ruled edge. If the blade opened to vertical the issue would disappear.

Don't waste your time on this product to give you clear example on how bad this guillotine is i tried to trim 8 pieces of photo , paper was less than 80 grams in weight and the blade would not cut, just left jagged edges absolute crap. So tried the product again with lower gram paper and look at the picture still would not cut. I now have to redo all the work again. so please don't waste your money.

Pretty good, although not that robust, The base is quite light, with the result that when lifting the 'arm' the entire device lifts off the desk. I intend to 'cure' this by adding more mass to the base (underneath). reliably cuts up to about four sheets of 120gms paper (or six sheets of photocopy paper)

The product is lightweight and will not stand up to professional use. For intermittent home use it should hold up. The cutting edge is robust, but the table section is a thin plastic that is not very stable.

very flimsy construction and really limited to cutting paper. Don't think about using it for anything thicker. It is no better at cutting than one half the price - the only difference being the bed is larger.
