Easy to mount, runs quiet.
Very easy to assemble. Seems to be well made. Instructions easy to follow. Have it in a 42 x 36 building with 12 foot ceiling and run it on high. Can feel the air move.

This fan is not a pretty fan that throws little air. This fan is a normal looking one that throws a LOT of air. I own 3 more of this fan for various rooms and it is the best value for moving air and vertually no noise. We rarely need to put it on anything but low speed.
