There seem to be a number of suppliers of very similar looking stands on the market with almost identical specifications but different names and prices. I wanted a stand that was fairly time proof, for my daughter who is constantly growing, had to have page holders for her books that wouldn’t otherwise lay flat and have a desk big enough to support a couple of large A4 sized books. It also had to look pretty good, for the wife, as I wanted it left up as much as possible, so my daughter has no excuses not to practice. This stand ticks all the boxes, very easy to use, the tripod is strong, and supports a heavily loaded desk easily. It remains sterdy with the legs pulled in for use in tighter spaces, and is adjustable to a really good height, so that 6’4” dad could read from it standing up. A great price as well 4-5 pounds cheaper than anywhere else. For a first stand it’s excellent value for money. Oh and there is even a little bag to fold it into, when the wife does decide to pack it away.Read full review

Arrived in good time but one of the butterfly screws was missing and the top of the stand doesn't sit straight it will do for my tablet but if I had to read music for a while it would really annoy me as it's slanted to the right. But it was cheap and you get what you pay for next time I'll order a better quality one lol.. not sure if you can see in the picture but it's definitely not straight.. hope if you order one of these you have a better experience I may have just got a Dodgy one really can't be bothered to send it back just wouldn't order another... thanks

Just started to learn the ukulele and discovered I really needed a music stand. Was advised to buy a known make for endurance etc but didn't really want to spend a lot on one at this early stage. I opted for this one as the width of the plate was good, it was titled 'heavy duty' and looked that way. It is extremely easy to set up and the accompanying bag is sturdy and roomy with the bonus of having yet another bag inside for the stand unit which avoids the two parts from scraping/knocking together while being carried around! At the moment I am leaving it up at home and only folding it down for my fortnightly lesson as I think it isn't good to continually set up and fold down. Currently I am very happy with this music stand and it seems as though I made a very good choice. Happy customer and I may return to give an update on the test of time and hopefully give it that extra star, but so far, so good.Read full review

This is a perfect stand, sturdy, easy to use and has the width to hold double A4 sheet music. Also love the arms that hold the music in place, the spring allows for easy pahe turning but they're firm and well spaced enough to turn pages with ease, and, it's sturdy! Very happy with this product.

Goods arrived quickly. Very pleased with the music stand as very robust construction and easy to assemble. Added bonus it stows away in a carrying bag. Suits me better as I perform at different venues and unlike my previous music stand the friction restraints did not last very long due to its inability to even carry the weight of sheet music. Recommended purchase.
