The only issue I have with this product is that the outer plastic casing was not properly closed. This meant that to be able to put the battery into the laptop I had to very carefully attempt to press the tough clips into place. I was quite nervous about having to do this as it could have broken. I have to say that although I've managed to get it into place (almost) and it's good enough to make it work it is extremely tight to remove and replace but as I don't intend doing this very often it is acceptable.
